He manages the engineering roadmap, enforces rigorous quality and safety benchmarks, and works closely with manufacturing and certification bodies to ensure every TIDYNE unit meets the highest standards of durability, compliance, and performance. Mohit oversees the real-time analytics engine, the anomaly detection system, and the Smart Winch Control platform, building the software backbone that delivers predictive insight, operational safety, and remote monitoring at scale. Combining deep expertise in AI/ML engineering and cloud infrastructure with a product-first mindset, he translates complex field data into actionable intelligence — strengthening reliability, unlocking new capabilities, and positioning TIDYNE at the forefront of smart maritime technology.

Simultaneously, he structures and negotiates high-stakes commercial agreements with partners, suppliers, and customers, ensuring that each deal advances TIDYNE's strategic objectives. By bridging technical innovation, market access, and risk management, he safeguards the company's core technologies, strengthens its competitive positioning, and builds operational resilience in an evolving global landscape.
